[ARSENAL] Jet Icarus’ Weapons.
Jet Icarus was armed with eight unique weapons. By pushing a corresponding button on the control panel, a Jetman could instantly summon any of the items.
The most commonly used was the Birdonic Sabre (バードニックセイバー; Baadonikku seibaa). Jet Icarus could destroy monsters with this sword. On several occasions, the sabre’s blade was broken.
The Icarus Crusher (イカロスクラッシャー; Ikarosu kurasshaa) was a mace ball attached to a long chain. In episode 20, Jet Icarus killed Vacuum Cleaner Jigen with the Crusher. Tranza’s robot Veronica sliced the mace ball in half in episode 44.
The Jet Daggers (ジェットダガー; Jetto dagaa) doubled as throwing knives.
The Jet Lancer (ジェットランサー; Jetto lansaa) was a curved blade attached to a long pole. Jet Icarus tossed monsters around with this lance.
When Black Condor initiated the Shot Puncher (ショットパンチャー; Shotto panchaa), one of Jet Icarus’ fists was fired like a projectile.
The Icarus Axe (イカロスアックス; Ikarosu akkusu) was a hatchet good for slicing and close range attacks.
Jet Swallow’s wings converted to the Wing Shield (ウィングシールド; Uingu shiirudo). The Icarus Magna (イカロスマグナ; Ikarosu maguna) was a large war hammer.

[BATTLE] Jetman vs. Veronica & Tranza.
Raita, Ako and Kaori were captured by Tranza, and they were used as energy sources for Veronica. Meanwhile, Gai and Ryuu continued to fight Veronica in the city.
When the evil robot incidentally disconnected Great Icarus’ power, Gai hurried to fix the problem. Radiguet betrayed Tranza by triggering a function that weakened Veronica. The traitor was thrown into Veronica’s engine room along with the captive Jetman and human prisoners.
Ryuu sparred with Tranza, and Radiguet continued to sabotage his leader’s plan. Blue Swallow, White Swan and Yellow Owl and Red Hawk then blasted Tranza with their Beak Smashers.
Commander Odagiri told the Jetman to shoot Tetra Boy with the Bird Maser. In doing so, Veronica was finally destroyed. Tranza, Maria and Grey barely escaped the destruction, and Radiguet went into hiding.

[ARSENAL/ATTACK] Tetra Buster.
After Tetra Boy changed into a four barrel cannon, the Tetra Buster (テトラバスター; Tetora basutaa) was mounted onto Jet Icarus or Jet Garuda’s shoulder.
With the command “Tetra Buster, Fire” (interchangeable with “Tetra Buster, Go”), the weapon unleashed a quintet of blue energy streams. The projectiles coalesced into a single blast that disintegrated the target.
The Tetra Buster was first used in episode 31.

[BATTLE] Jetman vs. Kami Jigen, Faucet Jigen, Diamond Jigen & Noodle Jigen.
After being attacked by the Vyram, Ako’s soul was stolen. Radiguet was orchestrating a scheme to send all of the Jetman to the Demon World.
Ryuu looked for Raita, Gai and Ako’s souls in the hellish dimension. He only had an hour left to save his friends. Kaori stayed behind with a Buddhist priest and Commander Odagiri.
In the Demon World, Red Hawk saved his friends’ souls from a quartet of dead Jigen monsters. The Jetman blasted the enemies, causing them to turn into giants. Jet Icarus and Jet Garuda were summoned to the Demon World.
When Jet Icarus and Jet Garuda destroyed Kami Jigen and Faucet Jigen, Radiguet used the remaining monsters to possess Icarus. However, the priest managed to exorcise the spirits from the robot. Finally, Great Icarus defeated Noodle Jigen and Diamond Jigen with Bird Maser. Everyone’s souls were safely returned, and Ryuu escaped the Demon World.

[HENSHIN] Jet Garuda & Great Icarus.
The Dimensians’ spacecraft Bird Garuda (バードガルーダ; Baado garuuda) could change into its warrior mode Jet Garuda (ジェットガルーダ; Jetto garuuda). The vocal command to do so was “Transformation! Jet Garuda” (変形! ジェットガルーダ; Henkei! Jetto garuuda). Jet Garuda first appeared in episode 23.
When Jet Garuda and Jet Icarus united in episode 24, they formed Great Icarus (グレートイカロス; Gureeto ikarosu). Red Hawk or another Jetman initiated the process by saying, “Combine! Great Scram” (合体! グレートスクラム; Gattai! Gureeto sukuramu).

[ATTACK] Bird Maser.
In episode 24, Dan told the Jetman to use the Bird Maser (バードメーザー; Baado meezaa). Great Icarus conjured electromagnetic waves between its hands. It then released a powerful beam from the chestplate. Finally, the target was caught between two spheres of energy before exploding.
